MACHINING SERVICES

Masters Precision Machining, Inc., is your one-stop-shop for your machining and fabricating needs. Located in Kent, Ohio, (a quiet suburb located between Cleveland and Akron) we serve a wide variety of local and regional customers.

CNC TURNING

Our CNC Turning capabilities allow us to turn parts as small as ¼” in diameter and as large as 14” in diameter. We utilize both single and dual spindle machines with and/or without live tooling; giving us the ability to be cost effective in processing products for our customers.

CNC MILLING

We have a wide range of milling capabilities from Horizontal Machining Centers ranging from 400 mm to 600 mm pallets to Vertical Machining Centers with table sizes ranging from 12” x 24” to 40” x  80” on our Bridge Mill. We utilize both 4th and 5th axis positioners on our Mills, allowing us to reduce our set ups as well as reducing the amount of times the part is handled. Our newest equipment is equipped with Probing Packages that allow us to precisely check sizes as well as locations at any time during a cycle.

PROTOTYPING

From our customers pencil sketch on a dinner napkin to the best engineered drawing, we couple our machining knowledge together with their ideas to come up with the most cost effective way to deliver the product they are looking for.

PRODUCTION MACHINING

No production job is too big or too small; from 5 pieces to 500,000 pieces we have the right staff and proper equipment to complete the job efficiently.

FABRICATION

Here at Masters Precision Machining, Inc., we not only supply our customers with complete start to finish fabrications, we will also supply just the machining if desired.

VALUE ADDED/ASSEMBLIES.

We also have the capacity to offer completed assemblies to our customers. We will manufacture and/or source any and all items to ensure delivery of a fully functioning product. If applicable, testing can be performed or sourced per customer’s request.
